Ryan Burns 288cc2007b lib/systems: update powernv kernel config ...

PowerNV was looking for a nonexisting zImage file.
Remove unnecessary .file / .installTarget.

Also add config options needed for default minimal
NixOS config and QEMU VirtIO/VirtFS devices.
