aszlig 0f096b70d0 python-hetzner: Update to new version 0.4.0.

This introduces the following changes:

 - Validate Robot's SSL server certificates.
 - Admin accounts can new be managed with the "admin" property of a
   server instance.
 - Better and fixed up error reporting.
