Maximilian Bosch 6585c8e80a glibc: make it easier to work with a dev shell 
Creating the build directory in `..` may be OK in a sandbox, but this
makes it unnecessarily annoying when trying to work with this in a
source-checkout.

Hence, move the `build/` directory into the source tree.

here because `--help` returns a non-zero exit code.

Maximilian Bosch f921dc5522 hyper-cmd-utils: fix runtime w/ glibc-2.42 
Same issue as with hypershell, `sodium-native.node` wrongly requests an
executable stack and is dlopened into a process with a non-executable
stack.

No smoke-test as install-check here since this beautiful piece of
software returns a non-zero exit code on `--help` 🤡

Maximilian Bosch 559f26e351 autobase: remove 
This has a sodium-native.node with a wrongly set executable bit.
Now, instead of patching it, I'll just drop it because it's not a real
program, but a Node library. We use `buildNpm*` for that purpose.

This only makes maintenance harder because issues like this are
non-trivial to spot!

Which is caused by the gettext package to no longer automatically
include the macro that smuxi requires during aclocal. Thus we simply
pass the gettext macro path to autogen.sh
