mpv changed the default configuration data in the following commit:
https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/commit/b52a67dde2bebc83f2413bd667602d837fd65019
Because ot that, the part we need to patch also changed.

nicooandPaul Meyer 6cc285d613 lib.packagesFromDirectoryRecursive: hoist processDir out of the lambda 
Fixes a bug preventing `recurseIntoDirectory` from changing the `directory` argument.

Moreover, `processDir` now cannot capture arguments from the `packagesFromDirectoryRecursive` call,
entirely preventing this class of bug from reoccurring should new parameters be added etc.

Grimmauld 68fc06fa64 sdl2-compat: symlink package config specification file into sdl2.pc 
Previously, replacing SDL2 with sdl2-compat with dependents on the SDL2 pkgconfig file would just break.
An example for this breakage is pkgs.ffmpeg.override { SDL2 = pkgs.sdl2-compat; }.
This is fixed by symlinking the missing sdl2.pc file to point to sdl2_compat.pc.

This is analogous to #388304 (aa8bb53991)
