superlu_dist: use pkg-config to find LAPACK

CMake in Nixpkgs may mistakenly detect BLAS or the Apple SDK
framework when locating the LAPACK directory.
This issue can be resolved by setting BLA_PREFER_PKGCONFIG=ON.
