haskell.packages.ghc910: fixed some packages

fixed auto-update, http2, network-control, network-run and time-manager
by choosing different version.
fixed dejafu and tasty-coverage by jailbreaking.
fixed bsb-http-chunked, hinotify and warp by disabling test suite.
