Bump to upstream commit f8319589 (2026-04-21).

Notable change included in this range: commit f8bcae87 (2026-02-27) adds an
explicit textEdit range to word completions, fixing a duplication bug in Helix
where accepting a hyphenated suggestion mid-word produced doubled prefixes
(e.g. typing `home-ma` and accepting `home-manager` would yield
`home-home-manager`). See upstream issue estin/simple-completion-language-server#200.
