Philippe Schaaf d5e7f6a613 add Promiscuous as valid value for linkConfig ...

configuring a network via
`systemd.network.networks.<name>.linkConfig`
does not allow to set the attr Promiscuous = "true";

This referes to:
https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemd.network.html#Promiscuous=
