Mario Rodas 70b51d8d17 postgresqlTestHook: add postgresqlExtraSettings variable ...

Add `postgresqlExtraSettings` to allow to setup the `postgresql.conf`.
This would be useful in cases where we need to set
`shared_preload_libraries`.
