Defelo 23bd27a21c versionCheckHook: add versionCheckKeepEnvironment parameter ...

This replaces the `versionCheckDontIgnoreEnvironment` parameter. Keeping
all environment variables is still possible by using
`versionCheckKeepEnvironment = "*";`.
