toonn dce4c1b17a quickder: Switch to native namespace package style ...

Nixpkgs updated setuptools to major version 82 which no longer supports
`pkg_resources`. Dropping the `__init__.py` file in the Python
subdirectory is sufficient to switch to the native namespace package
structure.
