5d858facb2 nixos/nix-channel: default to channels.nixos.org 
Infra is interested in deprecating the redirect over the domain apex
eventually, since it is just a redirect to channels.nixos.org, which
we can more reliably redistribute with a CDN.

The nixos.org domain currently offers no IPv6 due to issues we've had
with our DNS hoster. (cf. nixos/infra#873)

8c51e99b96 nixos/step-ca: Allow not configuring the intermediatePasswordFile 
It is not necessary for the intermediate certificate to have a password set,
but currently the intermediatePasswordFile value is always accessed to load the credential.

3061dfc88b nixos/wireguard-networkd: refresh peer endpoint without deleting link 
As of systemd v257, netdevs can be reconfigured by modifying the netdev
config file and reloading (not restarting) networkd. This leaves the
interface index unchanged and should generally be less disruptive.

5610524194 nixos/quorum: drop 
The quorum package has been broken since October 2024 [1], upstream's
most recent code change was in June 2024 [2], and the project
website [3] returns an error.
