Yureka a67c5f82c0 python3.pkgs.pyelftools: skip tests on non-glibc targets 
pyelftools ships a readelf binary for its test suite that is linked
against glibc. Replacing this readelf binary with our stdenv version
doesn't work.

Profpatsch 4a7f99d55d treewide: with stdenv.lib; in meta -> with lib;

meta = with stdenv.lib;

is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.

This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

Sirio Balmelli 8fb56a487f python3Packages.pyelftools: disable tests on Darwin 
af27072 broke the build on Darwin.

There does not seem to be any way to sanely enable tests on Darwin.

Tests initially fail because of missing 'greadelf'
expected by test/run_readelf_tests.py.

This is fixed by:

- adding 'binutils-unwrapped' to checkInputs
- hardlinking 'readelf' to 'greadelf' in a temp bin dir
- exporting temp bin dir to PATH

This leads to further test failures because of 'readelf' version mismatch
causing output inconsistencies.

See test/run_readelf_tests.py:31 for further details.
