82e895c6e3 nixos/release-notes: add notes about Nextcloud 
Use the same template as every year to guide people through the upgrade.

Also, put the stuff into the NixOS release notes: the only deployment
way for the package that we truly support is via the module. I think
this shows again what a remarkably bad idea this separation is IMHO.

Per https://community.tt-rss.org/t/the-end-of-tt-rss-org/7164, it will
cease development on 2025-11-01, and since it cannot be maintained
through the release of NixOS 25.11, it is being dropped now.

2cb89c0aef postfixadmin: remove, doesn't support php >8.1 
In newer versions it does, but there's zero effort to package it by the
maintainer and it's not the job of the PHP team to pick that up.

Ignoring a kernel and whenever it breaks having somebody pop up to do
the update is NOT an acceptable approach to maintaining a kernel
package.

Since there's apparently not enough interest (which is understandable
because that's a kernel that... just removes things), I think a full-blown
removal is the only way forward.

Also, to be clear upfront: the only future this should have is
maintenance in a downstream-project by somebody caring enough. To me, a
re-add is out of question since it'd contradict the "no new downstream
kernel rule".
