30097aeabc python: pythonRemoveTestsDirHook removes /test 
Some packages have their tests installed at ./test, not just ./tests.
This covers that use case by removing both.

3973a3c79c python: add pythonRemoveTestsDirHook 
This will automatically remove a top-level "tests"
directory from being installed.
