postgresql18Packages.pg_hll: fix on darwin
...
Disabling the `missing-variable-declarations` warning only was part of
the solution, it didn't fix darwin builds. Applying upstream's patch
fixes it on all platforms. It will also warn us via build failure when
this isn't needed anymore. Win-win!

The `dangerous_implicit_autorefs` lint now causes a compile error [1],
which breaks pgvecto-rs.
This commit forces the lint to only throw a warning.

Those extensions don't support building with PostgreSQL 18, yet.
To make sure the broken status is updated on the next upgrade, they all
have version checks in the form of an evaluation warning, so that there
has be explicit action regarding its PG18 compatibility.
