treewide: clean up 'meta = with' pattern
...
This commit was created by a combination of scripts and tools:
- an ast-grep script to prefix things in meta with `lib.`,
- a modified nixf-diagnose / nixf combination to remove unused `with
lib;`, and
- regular nixfmt.

hyperv-daemons: fix fcopy build and nixfmt-rfc-style

After https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/82b0945ce2c2d636d5e893ad50210875c929f257
and https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/ec314f61e4fc2d3dd6ea78aa18a5ac276eb1a8e3 ,
the hv_fcopy dameon was renamed to hv_uio_fcopy, breaking
hyperv-daemons.
I added a check to change the binary name based on the kernel
version and to only run the service if the FCOPY_UIO path exists.
The path doesn't exist on my machine (not sure why), so I'm not
actually able to test the daemon but I think this is better than
hyperv being broken for now.

treewide: add meta.mainProgram to packages with a single binary
...
The nixpkgs-unstable channel's programs.sqlite was used to identify
packages producing exactly one binary, and these automatically added
to their package definitions wherever possible.

Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938
meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.
