+Subject: [PATCH] Fix name of Lerc package

+Lerc calls its CMake package "Lerc", not "LERC".  This meant that,
+even if building libtiff with -DCMAKE_FIND_PACKAGE_PREFER_CONFIG=ON,
+Lerc's CMake files wouldn't be used as intended.
