Subject: [PATCH] Revert "maintainer-list: fix gm6k/zeuner data"

This reverts commit 3429e794dad2af887b3905b19c89f854fdad8053.

GitHub names/ids are not mandatory for now. See
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/273220,
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/272199 and
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/273146.

Furthermore this user has not consented to their account information being added
to the listing. While we can't reasonably change the git history, we can
revert the change so it won't be included in future revisions.
